General Terms and Conditions

1. Prices

All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include VAT.

2. Order

All orders are binding. Depending on the selected shipping method, we ship your order via Swiss Post using the Priority or Economy channel. Shipping generally takes place within 1 to 2 business days to the address provided by you in Switzerland.

3. Payment

The payment methods displayed at checkout are available. The payment deadlines and conditions shown there before completing the order are authoritative. If a payment method is offered via an external payment service provider, their identity and the applicable terms and conditions will be displayed before the order is completed.

4. Voluntary Right of Return and Cancellation

For online purchases in Switzerland, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal. We grant the following voluntary right of return. Legal claims regarding defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.

You have a right of return subject to the following conditions: A return period of 7 days applies, starting from the receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned in their unopened and pristine original packaging (undamaged, free of markings, unglued). The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, Vita Swiss Synergy Health AG may refuse a return and may hold the goods for collection without having to re-deliver them to the buyer. Any expenses resulting from an improper return may be invoiced to the buyer. If the goods have been returned on time and in accordance with the rules, the buyer will receive a credit. Goods excluded from return are identified accordingly on the product detail page and are excluded from return or refusal of acceptance from the time of ordering.

You can declare your cancellation via the "Cancel contract" button and the form provided there, or by email to info@v-ssh.ch. Please provide your name, order number, and the affected items. 5. Shipping and Liability

Orders are checked and packaged in a commercially customary manner upon shipment. Danger and risk regarding shipped contractual products pass to the buyer upon dispatch.

6. Data Protection

Customer data collected during your order will be stored electronically. Information on the processing and transfer of data within the scope of order, payment, and shipping processing can be found in our privacy policy.

7. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

The provisions of Swiss law apply. To the extent legally permissible, the registered office of Vita Swiss Synergy Health AG is the place of jurisdiction. Mandatory legal jurisdictions and consumer rights remain reserved.

8. Final Provisions

For the sale of the specified items, the General Terms and Conditions in their version valid at the time of the respective contract conclusion apply exclusively. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this does not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. Furthermore, Vita Swiss Synergy Health AG reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
